RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for travel and hospitality with a mission to accelerate revenue generation for its customers and partners in over 100 countries. As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, your role will involve designing and implementing customer engagement strategies to drive acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion for RateGain's SaaS products, including UNO and RevAI. You will establish and scale a lifecycle marketing function by integrating ABM, intent data, cross-sell, and product education to enhance revenue growth and customer value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Customer Journey Optimization - Build and refine multi-touch customer journeys for acquisition, retention, and expansion. - Utilize customer intent data and segmentation for personalized engagement. - Analytics & Measurement - Define lifecycle marketing KPIs and dashboards. - Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and drive continuous improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams. - Ensure alignment of lifecycle campaigns with go-to-market priorities. - Technology & Automation - Manage the lifecycle marketing tech stack for scalable automation. - Evaluate new tools to enhance personalization and engagement tracking. - Voice of Customer & Feedback Loop - Utilize insights from lifecycle campaigns and customer feedback. - Drive customer advocacy programs and initiatives. - Scalable Playbooks & Best Practices - Develop campaign frameworks and playbooks for different stages. - Mentor team members and foster organizational knowledge in lifecycle marketing. **Functional KPIs:** - ABM Engagement: 40-50% engagement rate in target ABM accounts - Customer Education Participation: 70% engagement in education programs - Product Usage & Engagement: +30% YoY increase in active usage/engagement - Journey Monitoring: Quarterly review and update of engagement journeys - Automated Lifecycle Engagement: 70% engagement through automated campaigns **Strategic KPIs:** - Pipeline Impact from ABM: 20% enterprise pipeline contribution influenced by ABM - New pipeline from cross-sell/upsell: 10-15% - Product Feature Adoption: 50% new feature adoption within 6 months **Key Competencies:** - Strategic Leadership - Customer-Centric Orientation - Lifecycle & ABM Expertise - Analytical & Data-Driven - Collaboration & Influence - Results Orientation - Adaptability & Innovation **Education & Work Experience:** - 8-12 years in B2B SaaS marketing with lifecycle/retention focus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory) - MBA or Masters in Marketing, Business Strategy, or Digital/Customer Analytics (preferred) - Proven track record in lifecycle marketing strategies - Hands-on expertise with ABM tools, marketing automation, and analytics/CDP tools - Experience in travel tech or hospitality SaaS industries preferred As an Equal Opportunity Employer, RateGain values diversity and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.,
