Job Description

As a Training and Development Director at Trimont, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive training and development strategy to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement a robust global training and development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. - Design and implement comprehensive global onboarding programs for new hires. - Collaborate with leadership to identify key roles and competencies critical for the organization's success. - Develop and deliver various training programs like Trimonts Analyst program, Internship program, and Management Training Program. - Implement and manage succession planning initiatives to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles. - Conduct regular assessments to identify learning needs, create curriculum, and facilitate Subject Matter Experts (SME) delivery. - Work closely with leadership and SMEs to align training programs with business goals. - Utilize instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences. - Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) utilization and optimization. - Stay updated on industry trends to ensure training programs remain innovative and effective. - Analyze training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance indicators. - Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in a Training and Development role with a focus on curriculum development and training programs. - Strong leadership skills with team management experience. - Experience with Learning Management Systems and instructional design methodologies. - Training experience in a professional services environment is preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and ability to present data-driven insights. - Proficiency in multimedia training platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong graphic design ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
