Director, HR and Talent

As the Director, HR & Talent (India) at Atrium, you will play a crucial role in strategically directing and overseeing all aspects of people operations in India. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, learning & development, culture initiatives, and performance management. Your contributions will shape a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce aligned with Atrium's global vision and strategic objectives. **Role Overview:** At Atrium, we are pioneers in AI-assisted delivery, constantly optimizing services for speed, accuracy, and efficiency. As part of the HR & Talent team, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive people and talent strategies for India, ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives and local market nuances. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive People and Talent strategies for India. - Design and implement a strategic recruitment plan for India in alignment with global teams. - Optimize talent acquisition to meet resource demands and upskill the talent pool. - Conduct compensation benchmarking analysis and manage yearly compensation processes. - Champion a continuous learning culture by developing and implementing L&D programs. - Lead the execution of performance management frameworks and processes. - Ensure legal compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting with a master's degree in Human Resources or similar certification. - Strong understanding of the consulting industry, preferably in the Salesforce & Snowflake ecosystem. - Broad generalist background including coaching, performance management, and team building. - Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-growth environment. - Thorough knowledge of HR principles and local regulations. - Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with BambooHR, ClearCo, Tovuti, and Predictive Index platforms is a plus. Please note the requirement of 4-day a week attendance at the Jaipur office.
