Director-ESG

Job Description: Parul University is seeking passionate individuals to join as ESG Director to champion sustainability and ethical business practices within our institution. The ESG Director will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to enhance Parul University's environmental, social, and governance performance, in line with global standards and best practices. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Special Skills Required: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in ESG frameworks and standards. Minimum Experience Required: 5 years in ESG management, corporate sustainability, or related field. Desirable skills: Prior experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Responsibilities: Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives to enhance Parul University's sustainability performance and align with global best practices. Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes across all departments. Monitor and report on key ESG performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends, regulations, and frameworks, advising the organization on potential risks and opportunities. Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and community partners, to promote transparency and accountability in ESG disclosures. Lead training and awareness programs to educate staff and students on the importance of sustainability and responsible business practices.
