Director- Enterprise Sales and Strategy (BFSI)

As the Director - Enterprise Sales and Strategy at Kapture CX, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to shape the sales strategy, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic opportunities and executing the overall sales strategy. - Oversee the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals on strategic opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and communicating with external stakeholders. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals in collaboration with leaders. - Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, monitor progress, and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service. - Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities. - A love and penchant for Sales and meeting revenue targets is critical for this role, along with empathy towards customer needs and attention to detail. - 7+ years of experience in a high-paced B2B SaaS sales role, with a preference for experience in the BFSI sector. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.,
