Job Overview: The Director Digital will be responsible for leading digital teams and driving forward the digital delivery strategy to support the Stantec operations across multiple geographies. This role requires a strong focus on people leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance business operations and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage digital teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure team members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the companys goals. Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital strategies that align with the companys objectives and the office of the CTO. Drive initiatives to enhance digital presence, improve customer engagement, and streamline business processes. Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of digital technologies, mobile applications, and website development. Ensure these technologies are effectively integrated into business operations. Project Management: Manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with various business centres and regional operating units. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand their needs and ensure digital initiatives meet business requirements. Communicate progress and outcomes to senior management. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the digital teams and business processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Experience: 15+ years experience in a leadership role within a digital or technology-focused environment. Experience in the AEC industry is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital technologies, mobile applications, and website development. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Leadership Skills: Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical Skills: Ability to think strategically, analyse data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives. Strong business acumen and understanding of the AEC industry. Additional Information: Work Environment: This role will be based in Pune, India, and may require occasional travel to other locations. Reporting: The Director Digital will report to the Managing Director in India and collaborate closely with other senior leaders across the organization.
