About The Role

Zensciences is India’s largest B2B marketing agency. We’re looking for a

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our core digital execution capabilities — with a strong focus on

SEO

,

social media for B2B brands

, and

performance marketing

.This is a hands-on, high-ownership leadership role for someone who understands the nuances of SEO with AI, brand building on platforms like LinkedIn, and digital campaigns in a B2B context. You’ll be part strategist, part executor, part leader and part collaborator.

Role Purpose

To lead Zensciences’ digital marketing across SEO, paid media, and social media — with a core focus on building meaningful engagement and visibility for

B2B brands in tech, services, and consulting

. This role will manage a sharp team, collaborate closely with content and design leads, and ensure every campaign is measurable and business-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and become the strategic face of digital marketing for key accounts.Strategize, build, and execute B2B social media playbooks for global brands across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.Lead and manage the SEO team (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO), ensuring client KPIs and reporting standards are met.Oversee the paid media team (Google/LinkedIn)Collaborate with brand strategists and content teams to ensure message consistency across digital touchpoints.Own digital performance reporting — from dashboards to insights to optimization plans.Track, test, and introduce new tools, AI workflows, and platform updates across the digital ecosystem.Ensure every digital and media execution aligns with business goals, brand tone, and platform best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with strong hands-on experience in

b2b or tech-product companies

.Bonus if experienced with

MarTech

,

ABM platforms, or AI tools

for content/digital acceleration.Prior agency experience is preferable — or experience managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.Know-how and broad knowledge of the evolving digital marketing tools especially around Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and other platforms and tools.Strong client-facing skills — able to confidently present strategies, reports, and ideas.Comfortable managing teams, freelancers, or partners across functions.A thinker and a doer — equally confident planning the roadmap or writing the caption.
