By delivering a stream of technical innovations through a diverse set of fast‐growing product lines, Marvell technology is powering the next‐generation network What You Can Expect As a design director, you will be responsible for developing next generation high speed ethernet products and its adjacencies. The role will require the candidate to understand and work on all aspects of VLSI development from micro architecture, front end design, and design convergence. The candidate is expected to manage IP dependencies, planning and tracking of all front end design related tasks Driving the project milestones across the various IPs, own the design checklists Be responsible to mentor and train the team Manage the engineering resource allocation. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. What We're Looking For 25 years of relevant industry experience in Semiconductor design & development Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, show initiative, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members across functions & cultures. Experience in all phases of front end design Prior experience in leading/developing IP, subsystem, Chiplets and SOCs Understand & appreciate the complexity of high speed logic design & prior experience with successful silicon proven tape outs. Ability to recruit and retain engineering talent.
