REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 16+ years
- Expertise in overseeing the delivery of large, complex programs within the organization
- Effectively managing program(s) through development of robust schedules, change control, and risk mitigation.
- Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
- Experience in handling large cross-functional distributed teams.
- Experience in managing large enterprise customers
- Expertise in working on new sales leads, RFPs, reviewing contractual documents, helping in converting sales leads into active customers.
- Knowledge in Agile-Scrum is a plus.
- Experience in Travel and/or Aviation domain and/or know-how would be good to have.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring short term and long-term success of the account.
- Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro''s offerings
- Reviewing project scope definition, and planning through delivery of assigned product and related product releases.
- Ensuring all projects in the account meet defined guidelines of governance, standards and best practices.
- P&L for the account
- Given high level requirements, suggesting and owning delivery methodology, resourcing requirements, governance mechanism and proposed solution
- Managing the health of the account on all key metrics (risk, scope, schedule, quality, resources, finance, and customer satisfaction)
- Identifying account stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to identify expectations and steer the engagement
- Communicate and drive adoption of organizational initiatives in your account
- Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
