Job Description

As a Director, Data Center Quality Commissioning at NTT DATA, you will be leading a team responsible for managing and implementing the commissioning process for all Global Data Center facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, with a focus on reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include leading Global Data Center commissioning projects, developing commissioning procedures and standards, managing the contracted Commissioning Agent, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team. You will conduct construction site inspections, review progress and metrics, and coordinate activities with vendor project managers. To excel in this role, you should have significant technical knowledge of MEP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. Your proficiency in project management and familiarity with data center quality commissioning trends and best practices will be essential. Additionally, academic qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, are required. Experience in managing data center projects, commissioning, construction, and maintenance, as well as proficiency with MS Office tools, are also necessary for success in this position.
