Key Responsibilities

• Drive Execution Excellence:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement curriculum across programs while ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

• Design Market-Aligned Programs:

  Work with Subject Matter Experts to build and continuously improve curriculum grounded in evolving industry needs.

• Champion Pedagogical Innovation:

  Develop and promote learner-centric, engaging teaching methodologies that work across diverse learning styles.

• Employment-Readiness Focus:

  Ensure all curriculum prepares students for jobs and internships through skill-building, application-based learning, and practical training.

• Measure What Matters:

  Define and track KPIs such as placement rates, student progression, and employer satisfaction to gauge program effectiveness.

• Iterate & Improve:

  Use student data and industry feedback to continuously refine course content, delivery, and outcomes.

• Leverage Subject Mastery:

  Bring deep expertise in a key domain (e.g., Software Development, AI/ML, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Product Management) to maintain relevance and rigor.

• Launch New Programs:

  Identify emerging fields, conduct market research, and lead curriculum development with:

  • Evaluation frameworks that measure learning outcomes objectively

• Maintain Rigor + Accessibility:

  Ensure content is both academically rigorous and learner-friendly for students of all levels.
