Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and expand corporate connections across India for internships and final placements.
Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell for company tie-ups, MoUs, and placement drives.
Plan and organize national career fairs, corporate talks, and skill-alignment initiatives.
Manage student preparedness programs aligned with market needs.
Strengthen employer branding and campus recruitment visibility.
Track placement analytics, feedback, and recruiter engagement.

Desired Profile:

Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related fields.
Minimum
5 years
of experience in placement coordination, corporate outreach, or talent acquisition.
Strong industry network and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and event-planning ability.
Familiarity with higher education placement ecosystems is preferred.
