Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop thorough understanding of current processes through data, field visits and system understanding.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of improvement for both service quality and profitability.
  • Drive improvement initiatives till end state by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
  • Service Levels for facilities under scope.
  • Identify the process gaps and fixes. Implement the gaps at scale. Gaps can be process, product, structural, organizational.
  • Cost optimization.
  • Should know and have worked on activity based costing.
  • Process optimization.
  • Be able to identify redundancy in the processes.
  • Manual processes which can be automated.
  • P&L Management
  • Project management

Requied :

  • B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA from a reputed college
  • 5 to 6+ Years into SCM/ Warehouse Operations with FC background
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abaility
  • Excellent communicator
