Director - Commercial Leasing

You are an experienced and strategic Director in Commercial Leasing, responsible for leading and managing retail leasing operations across the portfolio. Your role involves driving revenue generation, managing the leasing lifecycle, ensuring profitability, and delivering data-driven market insights. You must have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and a strong track record in leasing strategy, negotiation, and team leadership. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing retail leasing strategies, leading end-to-end leasing processes for various types of developments, fostering relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders, owning the P&L for commercial leasing, monitoring leasing budgets and forecasting, analyzing ROI and performance metrics, identifying and securing new leasing opportunities, driving sales strategies, conducting market research and competitor analysis, overseeing leasing for large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the organization at industry events. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred), along with 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including 5+ years in a leadership position. You should have a proven track record in commercial leasing, P&L management, and revenue growth, a strong network of industry stakeholders, excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule. Experience in real estate is mandatory, with a minimum of 10 years in leadership, commercial leasing, and sales in real estate.
