Director – Client Servicing & Delivery Industry: BPO (Accounting & Finance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director – Client Servicing & Delivery to lead client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of accounting and finance outsourcing services. This role requires strong leadership, domain expertise in finance operations, and the ability to drive client satisfaction while managing high-performing teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Lead service delivery for accounting & finance BPO processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Partner with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored process improvements.
• Manage cross-functional teams, drive performance, and implement best practices for delivery excellence.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and account expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and technology adoption in delivery.
• Handle escalations effectively and maintain high client satisfaction scores.

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in client servicing & delivery management within a BPO (Accounting & Finance) domain.
• Strong understanding of finance operations (AR, AP, GL, reconciliations, reporting, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing large teams and complex client portfolios.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote / WFH setup while driving collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / CMA preferred.
• Exposure to digital transformation and automation tools in finance BPO.
