Director - Catalog

Catalog Ownership: Manage the entire catalog experience & operations ensuring consistency & clarity across all product categories, driving a best-in-class customer experience. Raise the bar on customer experience and seller experience to drive ease of discovery and catalogingOperations - Closely work with business teams, warehouse, styling & shoot locations to oversee quality & deliverables. Product Development: Lead the development of new product features and enhancements for PDPs and PLPs, ensuring smooth integration with the app. Data Management & Quality: Oversee catalog data management, ensuring that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives. BRD Creation: Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for product enhancements and improvements, collaborating closely with product and tech teams to execute efficiently. Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing ongoing improvements with the need to launch new initiatives. Think strategically about innovations that can further improve the catalog. Innovation & Market Standards: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, continuously exploring and implementing innovations to keep Myntras catalog ahead of industry standards. Key Skills & Attributes Proven experience in catalog management, product development, or related fields, with a focus on data quality and process optimization. Strong expertise on understanding consumer behaviour, industry benchmarking, & driving best in class consumer experience Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of managing complex catalog systems and product data operations. Expertise in creating BRDs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and think innovatively about improving catalog processes and customer experiences. Bachelors degree & MBA preferred.
