The Assam Kaziranga University invites applications for the position of Director, Career Development & Placement Cell (CDPC)

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance student career services and placement outcomes.

· Industry Collaboration: Build and maintain robust relationships with employers, alumni, and industry partners to create diverse opportunities for students.

· Career Counselling: Oversee career counseling services, providing guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and career planning.

· Event Management: Organize and manage career fairs, networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student employability.

· Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze placement data to assess the effectiveness of career services and inform strategic decisions.

· Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in career services or a related field, with a proven track record of successful placements and industry partnerships.

· Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

·Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty, and industry leaders.

· Innovative Thinking: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to career development challenges.
