Job Description

You will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of project deliverables as per the project charter, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, schedule, risk, and quality criteria. Your main focus will involve building and executing business transformation and change frameworks for Bank products and operation processes, emphasizing risk management and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and Plan: - Ensure strategic alignment of project deliverables with business objectives. - Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies through a well-structured project plan. - Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure skilled resources are available. - Implementation and Operationalize: - Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and enhance future processes through automation and digitalization. - Collaborate with SMEs, Business, and Delivery teams for design, testing, and delivery to production. - Obtain feedback, implement changes, and obtain agreement from risk and compliance on process enhancements. - Manage cross-commits and their impact on process design. - Ensure business readiness through training, communications, and materials. - Escalate risks and issues to the Steering Committee or Project Sponsor. - Transition the project into daily business operations upon completion. - Stakeholder Management: - Provide regular stakeholder communications and progress reports outlining project status, risks, issues, and action plans. - Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreement on project objectives and deliverables. Required Qualifications: - 14+ years of experience in Banking Industry with a strong background in end-to-end Program delivery, Process creation, transformation, and re-engineering. - Experience leading large complex process improvement projects. - Strong executive-ready presentation skills. - Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools, and techniques. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and ambiguous situations. - Attention to detail, results-driven mindset, and ability to satisfy requirements from multiple stakeholders. - Postgraduate degree in finance, business, or technology. Preferred Qualifications: - PMP certification. - Six Sigma/ Black Belt. - Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI, and SharePoint. - Experience in Agile Project Delivery.
