Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing & Business Development Head with deep industry relationships and proven experience in driving consistent business growth for advertising or brand communication agencies.
The ideal candidate is a network-driven professional who has successfully handled brand accounts, campaign mandates, and long-term client relationships across sectors such as FMCG, Real Estate, BFSI, Retail, Lifestyle, and Technology.

You will play a strategic leadership role — bringing in new brand partnerships, reviving dormant accounts, and steering the agency’s business expansion through strong relationship management and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new brand clients for creative, digital, and media services.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to generate recurring business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with agency capabilities.
  • Represent the agency in industry forums, events, and brand leadership circles.
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to tailor proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Contribute to overall brand positioning, business planning, and revenue growth.

Ideal Profile

  • 15–25 years of experience in advertising / marketing agencies in senior leadership roles (Business Head / VP / Client Servicing Director / Marketing Head).
  • Strong existing network with brand CMOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
  • Excellent understanding of brand communication, media, and digital landscapes.
  • Proven track record of business generation and client retention.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Retired or semi-retired professionals with active brand relationships are also welcome.
