Job Description

As the Director, Benefits Delivery at Mastercard, your role will involve managing benefits and wellbeing programs across Asia Pacific (AP), Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA), and the European Fleet program. You will report directly to the Vice President, Benefits Delivery, and oversee a team responsible for different regions and programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day operations of all benefits programs such as group health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, time-off, and leave of absence, among others. This involves activities like open enrollment, plan renewals, administration, and communication. - Collaborating with the Benefits Design team to ensure that delivery aligns with benefits objectives and evaluating vendors based on delivery qualifications. - Managing benefits providers, monitoring their performance, onboarding, and handling third-party risk management. - Leading annual renewal processes, overseeing Coupa system requests, and supporting benefits communications. - Reviewing and providing feedback on document updates drafted by team members, as well as interfacing with providers to address inquiries and claims. - Advising on benefits delivery issues, responding to escalated employee inquiries, and maintaining process documentation to reduce operational risk. - Working closely with the Global Business Services Center (GBSC) on the administration of Leave of Absence and time-off programs. - Providing analytical support on Benefits Delivery projects, programs, and ad hoc requests, and overseeing benefits systems implementation and reporting. - Leading and developing the team to ensure capability, productivity, guidance, growth, and engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Significant experience in implementing and administering benefits processes in large multinational organizations. - Demonstrated ability to provide vision and leadership to junior professionals, collaborate effectively, and build strong partnerships. - Agility, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication, customer focus, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. - Proficiency in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS systems, and benefits databases. - Experience with Workday and uFlexReward is a plus. - A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
