Director / Associate Director - GCC Sales

As a Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager - GCC Sales at an IT Service-based MNC, your primary role is to lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and driving initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients. It is essential to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners will be crucial for success in this role. Preferred Expertise: - Strong Captive Sales & Business Development (min 10 years) area experience. - Owning and exceeding annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts. - Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends. - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. - Owning Business and Portfolio.
