Director (Architect)-Residential Projects

We are hiring for a leading architectural and interior design firm with a presence in Mumbai and Delhi, specializing in transforming corporate, residential, hospitality, and other spaces to harmonize with their architectural and natural surroundings.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Mumbai market, including lead generation, client meetings, and proposal development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of all projects within the Mumbai studio, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with project teams to provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members.

Studio Operations: Take ownership of all aspects of studio operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Implement best practices and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in Mumbai, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback. Proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives for the Mumbai studio, aligning with the overall goals and vision. Identify areas for growth and innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
