Responsibilities: - Strategic planning, potential improvements, contract negotiation, timeline adherence, budget monitoring, and ensuring legal compliance. - Implementing systems and processes, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene policies. - Managing the on-site team, promoting teamwork, and focusing on waste control and cost management. Qualification Required: - 12-15 years of work experience in managing admin and facilities in MNCs/GCC. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting. - Organizational and administrative skills reflecting attention to detail and prioritization amidst competing demands. - Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ability to handle sensitive information while upholding privacy. - Skilled in managing workload, special projects efficiently, and working independently with different stakeholders.,
