Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Visit prospective clients to promote and sell our real estate projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits.
Explain project details using
miniatures, model houses, and demo setups
to help customers visualize their investment.
Provide clear information on project amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other details.
Negotiate effectively
with clients to close sales and maximize profitability.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM.

Requirements:

2-8 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical/project details in a simple and convincing manner.
Negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel within the city/region.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
