Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and manage direct sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on new customer acquisition and existing customer retention. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals. Create and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads. Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of the software. Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, providing customized software solutions that align with those needs. Negotiation & Closing Sales: Handle sales negotiations, prepare and deliver proposals, and work through contract details to close deals with clients. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to secure long-term partnerships. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities and progress towards targets. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the management team. Product Knowledge & Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of software products and industry trends.
