Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated professionals for the Direct Sales – Life Insurance role who will be responsible for selling life insurance products directly to customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in direct life insurance sales and possess strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive direct sales of life insurance policies to prospective clients (no agency or bancassurance model).
Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide end-to-end customer support — from lead generation to policy issuance and servicing.
Stay updated on new insurance products, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate sales records and report daily performance to management.
Candidate Requirements1–6 years of experience in Direct Sales of Life Insurance (mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
Familiarity with insurance sales processes and CRM tools.
Ethical and professional conduct while dealing with clients and policy documentation.
