About the Role

As a Direct Sales Executive at Deccan Coffee, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for driving sales through direct customer engagement. Your primary focus will be to introduce our premium coffee products to new customers, build strong relationships, and ensure repeat business by delivering a personalized coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales by approaching potential customers in retail, corporate, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segments.
  • Present Deccan Coffee’s product range (100% Coffee and Tati Bellam Coffee) and explain value, taste profile, and packaging options (1kg, 500g, 250g, 100g).
  • Conduct product sampling, demos, and coffee-tasting sessions to attract and educate customers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients for continuous orders.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights to improve sales strategy.
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and coordinate timely delivery with the operations team.
  • Represent Deccan Coffee at exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.


No fixed salary. Only commission based
