Responsible for meeting business goals by acquiring new client accounts and nurturing existing relationships. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential business segments. Pre-qualify customer segments according to organizational guidelines. Track and ensure target login numbers and loan disbursements are achieved. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs proactively and cross-selling relevant products. Implement sales promotion initiatives to enhance customer engagement with the TCFSL brand. Establish and maintain strong client relationships internally and externally, reinforcing brand recognition among prospective clients. Manage vendor empanelment and foster relationships with new vendors. Develop and strengthen distribution channels. Adhere strictly to all Audit and RBI regulatory requirements.
