Key Responsibilities

• PO schedule on time to ensure smooth supplies with a relevant lead time
• Monitoring supplier actual dispatches against confirmed PO for all sheet metal parts
• Daily/Weekly monitoring Plan Vs Actual based on that an adjusting the shipment if required
• Updating of BOM (Bill of materials) by continuous monitoring to avoid volume planning error
• Monitoring shipments arrival time to ensure timely supply to factory/Quality Management / Process Enhancement
• Short receipts inform to supplier and get confirm with supplier and debit the same
• Follow up for New Project parts/EO Change items with supplier
• Capacity analysis for new project items and common items volume increase
• Closely follow up of EO Change items to avoid obsolete inventory
• Planning and control towards no premium freight
• Work with quality team to continue improve the supplier quality performance
• Handling ECN changes, BOM changes, coordination with design team and engineering team
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering or Supply chain Management is preferred
• 10-12 years of strong experience in supply chain
• Has extensive experience interfacing with strategic suppliers and managing relationships
• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and people skills
