Direct Marketing Executive

As a Direct Marketing Executive for interior design services, your role is crucial in driving client acquisition and enhancing brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting direct outreach to potential clients through various channels such as door-to-door visits, site visits, corporate tie-ups, and networking. - Generating and qualifying leads by identifying target segments like homeowners, builders, developers, and property managers. - Distributing marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and portfolios strategically at locations and events. - Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, builders, and local businesses for cross-promotions. - Following up on inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales/design team. - Collecting and reporting feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness and client targeting. - Maintaining a prospect database and updating client interactions in CRM tools. - Supporting marketing campaigns with ground-level execution and real-time client engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in direct or field marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in face-to-face client interactions. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. - Basic knowledge of interior design or real estate is a plus. - Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-site promotions.
