Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and close deals. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, and building lasting relationships that contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits

* Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs and present our services and design solutions

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

* Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met

* Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals

* Maintain a database of clients and sales activities

* Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field

* Proven experience in sales (experience in interior design, architecture, or real estate preferred)

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Strong presentation and persuasion abilities

* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Proficient in MS Office
