Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to work on projects from concept to completion. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional, stylish, and cohesive interiors that reflect our clients’ needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals. Offer design advice and recommend suitable options.
• Design Development: Create interior design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings. Present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval.
• Space Planning: Plan layouts, select colour schemes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials, ensuring the design is both functional and visually appealing.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plan, addressing any issues that arise during the construction or installation phases.
• Budget Management: Maintain awareness of the project budget and work with clients to ensure that the design is executed within financial constraints.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and technology, incorporating new ideas and innovation into your designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and vendors.
• Attention to detail, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
