Job Summary

Nibav Lifts is hiring 10 Diploma Freshers for a 3-month Trainee Program. This role provides hands-on technical experience in installation, service, and operations. Only freshers are eligible.
High performers may be converted to full-time employees, and salary will be revised upon confirmation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
• Freshers only (0 years experience)
• Willingness to learn and work in the technical field
• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in installation and maintenance work
• Support engineering teams in assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation
• Learn and follow Nibav Lifts’ engineering processes

Program Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Full-Time Opportunity: High performers may be absorbed into full-time roles
• Salary Revision: Salary will be increased upon full-time confirmation
• Work Location: Palavakkam, Chennai
