Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Diploma Holder: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical parts in packaging machines (form-fill-seal, labeling, sealing, etc.). Conduct machine alignment, lubrication, and replacement of worn components. Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure minimal downtime. Electrical Diploma Holder: Carry out routine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment. Work with control panels, sensors, motors, and power distribution systems. Ensure all electrical systems meet safety standards and comply with regulatory norms. Support in wiring, panel assembly, and electrical testing during installations. Instrumentation Diploma Holder: Monitor and calibrate instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow sensors used in packaging lines. Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA controlled systems and assist in program modifications if required. Maintain records of calibration and instrument history.
