* Perform assembly tasks for EV vehicle Motor in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly.
* Operate special-purpose machines and mechanical assembly tools as part of the production process.
* Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
* Ensure that all assembly procedures are performed in adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
* Conduct in-process inspections to identify and resolve any defects or non-conformities.
* Accurately update daily production reports, tracking progress and outputs against targets.
* Communicate effectively with the production team to highlight any challenges or areas for improvement.
