Diploma Engineer Trainee

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :- • Scheduled preventive maintenance of diesel generator sets. • Provide on-site breakdown support and repairs. • Handle warranty and post-warranty service for DG sets. • Calibrate and troubleshoot control panels, alternators, engines, and related components. • Maintain accurate service logs and documentation. • Educate customers on usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices. • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. • Coordinate with internal teams for spares availability and issue escalation. Qualifications & Skills :- • Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. • Experience: 0 to1 years in DG set servicing. • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Cummins/Kirloskar/Mahindra DG sets. • Soft Skills: Good communication and documentation skills. • Customer-centric attitude with urgency. Job Locations ( Branches ) :- Mahoba Kanpur Prayagraj Meerat Additional Requirements : - Willingness to work in field roles and travel across assigned zones. Should be comfortable working in industrial/commercial environments. Valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
