Job Description

As a

Diploma Engineer - Mechanical

, you will play a key role in supporting engineering, maintenance, production, and project activities by applying your technical knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and maintenance practices. This role is hands-on and operations-focused, requiring active participation in equipment handling, process monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.

This is a great opportunity for candidate who wants to learn and grow from the ground up in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly, fitting, and testing of machines and mechanical systems.

Operate basic tools and machines used in the manufacturing process.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.

Support in troubleshooting mechanical faults during machine build or trial runs.

Read and follow mechanical drawings and technical instructions.

Work with the production and design teams to improve machine performance and build quality.

Maintain records of daily work, machine status, and test results.

Follow safety protocols and quality guidelines at all times on the shop floor.

What We re Looking For:

Basic knowledge of machine components, tools, and mechanical systems.

Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring instruments.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hands-on with machines.

Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
