Digitalization & Innovation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement technology-driven innovations to enhance guest and user experiences
• Lead digitalization of services and internal processes across all business units
• Oversee application architecture and ensure systems are integrated, efficient, and future-ready
• Act as a business analyst: gather requirements, prepare proposals, and support tendering activities
• Manage and deliver technology projects, system upgrades, and application enhancements
• Collaborate with unit managers to translate business needs into digital solutions
• Monitor and assess emerging technologies (VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, Data Science, etc.) for potential adoption
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership
• Guide cross-functional project teams and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives
• Ensure minimal operational disruption during system migrations or upgrades
• Coordinate with IT Operations and other technology leaders to ensure smooth execution of tech strategies
• Support due diligence for new technologies, including commercial, financial, and technical evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certifications preferred (Project Management, MCS, etc.)
• Training or certifications in VR, Blockchain, NLP, AI/ML, or Data Science are an advantage
• Strong experience with emerging technologies, applications, systems, and digital platforms
• Hospitality technology experience is highly preferred
• Experience working in a large or global organization is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with IT Operations and other departmental managers
• Lead team members assigned to innovation and digitalization projects
• Provide guidance, direction, and support for successful project execution
