Digitalization Engineer

As a Digitalization Engineer, your role is to develop and implement digitalization strategies to enhance manufacturing processes, including automation and data analytics. You will integrate digital technologies like IoT, AI, and machine learning to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency. Leading cross-functional teams to execute digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with HSE and quality standards will be a key responsibility. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with departments such as design engineering, planning, procurement, and materials to facilitate seamless digital integration. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions for process optimization and cost control through digital tools, as well as managing vendor mobilization plans and schedules for digital solutions, will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Additionally, you will prepare and present reports on digitalization progress and outcomes to management, ensuring adherence to world-class HSE standards in all digitalization initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in contributing to cost estimation and proposal development for digital projects. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. The company emphasizes the importance of internal relationships with departments such as Design & Engineering, Planning, Procurement, IT, and Operations. External relationships with Technology Vendors, Contractors, Clients, and On-site Management are also crucial for successful project execution.
