In your role, you will: - Participate in Value Analysis Value Engineering projects (VA-VE) & Cost reduction projects - Conduct Benchmarking, Data Acquisition, Data Analytics, and Tech Evaluation for Engineering projects - Digitalize Engineering projects to drive innovation - Create reports for Teardown and Virtual benchmark activities - Screen Market Data to automate competitor information and analyze SOP relevant competitor products - Support Virtual Benchmarking and perform teardown Benchmarking activities - Assist the Project Manager in identifying project needs and ensuring execution to achieve defined targets - Engage in VA-VE projects for cost reduction and E-BOM generation - Coordinate Engineering sub-project team activities and ensure resource planning - Promote process adherence and continuous improvement through reviews and lessons learned Qualifications required: - BE / BTech/ ME/ MTech in Automobile, Mech/ Prod/ Electrical/ Electronics - 4 - 8 years of experience in relevant field Desirable skills: - Knowledge of vehicle and vehicle systems - Familiarity with libraries like Caresoft and A2MAC1 - Proficiency in MS OFFICE Additionally, Magna offers attractive benefits such as an employee profit participation program and a competitive salary in line with market conditions, dependent on your skills and experience.
