We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Resource for all the Digital , Custom and Innovaapptive or equivalent applications, Data Ingestions, Digital Integrations, specifically focusing on WorkOrder and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting the WorkOrder and Inventory modules with strong knowledge of SAP , RACE and other systems and integrations.
This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, an understanding of mobile-based plant operations, and the ability to provide support in a fast-paced environment setup for all our future plant deployments. The candidate will work closely with end-users, vendors, SAP and other internal teams to ensure the application s smooth functioning and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for all the Digital , WorkOrder and Inventory applications, ensuring that they meet the business needs and provide value to end-users.
- Resolve user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain uptime.

Incident and Problem Management:
- Address and resolve incidents reported by users related to WorkOrder and Inventory functionality.
- -Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide permanent solutions.
- Support system configurations, including user roles, permissions, and security settings within the SPOG application.
- Assist in setting up workflows and mobile solutions for WorkOrder and Inventory as per business requirements.

Integrations/Interactions with SAP and Other Systems:
- Collaborate with the SAP team to ensure seamless integration between the SPOG application (WorkOrder, Inventory) and the SAP system (e.g., SAP PM and MM modules).
- Troubleshoot integration issues between SPOG , SAP and other organizations digital systems ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.

User Training and Documentation:
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of the WorkOrder and Inventory mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and FAQs for internal users.

System Updates and Patches:
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and version control to ensure the application is up-to-date and secure.
- Coordinate with vendors to test and implement new features or bug fixes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP and other integration with mobile solutions and business processes.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and troubleshooting mobile application issues.
- Proficient in SQL for data retrieval, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Innovapptive mWorkOrder and mInventory modules.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Digital applications, Data Ingestions, and Digital Integrations.
- Proficiency in SAP (particularly SAP PM , IM, MM WM).
- Strong experience with SAP and understanding of how it integrates with other systems, particularly mobile-based plant operations.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and supporting mission-critical systems.
- Familiarity with RACE middleware and SAP data mappings and customization.
- Experience in mobile device troubleshooting and support.
- Knowledge of business processes in asset management, work order processing, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of cloud services or enterprise IT architecture may be advantageous.
