About the Role:

Digital Workplace Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Workplace Management

Deploy, configure, and maintain
collaboration and productivity tools
(Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Manage
endpoints and devices
using MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or Citrix Endpoint Management.
Support
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
solutions and cloud-based desktops.

Automation & Process Optimization

Develop
scripts and automation workflows
to simplify repetitive IT tasks (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
Automate digital processes and collaboration workflows using tools like
Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent
.
Monitor usage analytics and optimize productivity tools to enhance
user adoption and efficiency
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator, ITIL, or CompTIA
certifications.
Experience with
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with
workflow automation tools
(Power Automate, UiPath).
