Position: Consultant, Digital Transformation

Mode of Work - Work from office

Working window : 7:30am to 5:30 or 6pm (with flexibility required)

Relevant Experience:

5+ years in identifying Process improvement opportunities via DMAIC methodologies with RPA solutions for improving customer experience.

Good to have knowledge or fair experience around Gen AI.

Should have worked on RFP /RFQs and preparing Cost benefit Analysis and ROIs

Good to have experience of International accounts.

Role:

enabling technology using solutions like Lean Six Sigma, Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots.

responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage.

Key essentials:

1. Hands on with DMAIC methodology and must have led any RPA / Cognitive solution-based project to improve customer experience.

2. Prefer to experience with International accounts and preparing RFPs/RFQs

3. Green Belt certification is mandate; however,

   preference is for Black belt certified professional
4. Must have experience in

   process mapping (As IS - TO BE process) via MS Visio and process assessment with Cost Benefit Analysis

5. Good to have knowledge around Gen AI, ML and Minitab
