Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Assist in the implementation and post-implementation support of D365 Business Central.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to D365 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of D365 BC modules and workflows.
  • Experience with report generation tools (e.g., Power BI, Jet Reports).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central support and implementation.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience in integrating D365 BC with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL and AL programming languages is an advantage.
