Job Description

I. Business Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Engage stakeholders across departments to understand process gaps Conduct As\-Is vs. To\-Be process mapping Convert business needs into: Functional requirement documents (FRD) User stories & workflow diagrams Prioritize digital initiatives based on: Impact on business ROI and effort Outcome Standardized & optimized business processes II. ERP \/ CRM System Implementation Support Assist roll\-out & enhancements of: Zoho One \/ Salesforce \/ SAP \/ Oracle \/ In\-house ERP Configure workflows and validation rules Collaborate with software vendors & internal developers Monitor successful feature deployment and testing Ensure zero business disruption during deployment III. Data Analytics & Management Reporting Build actionable dashboards: Sales & revenue insights Project progress MIS Material consumption analysis Customer collection visibility Ensure accurate & real\-time business intelligence Generate monthly management review presentations Empower business heads to make data\-driven decisions IV. UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & Quality Control Prepare test scenarios, acceptance criteria & test scripts Conduct: Module testing End\-to\-end process validation Document bugs & improvement suggestions Approve releases only after closure of identified gaps Deliver flawless feature releases every time
