Translate client goals into sharp KPIs; focus on business metrics over vanity metrics.

Apply MarTech/AdTech, CDPs, DCRs, and tools like GWI for insights and measurement.
Reverse-engineer competitor and historic plans; identify gaps and deliver solutions.
Partner with planning, buying, and creative teams to align execution with strategy.
Run structured test-and-learn programs and simple forecasting scenarios.
