Digital Solutions Analyst

As a Digital Solutions Analyst at Trelleborg, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital Solutions application development team by bridging business needs with IT capabilities. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, supporting project execution, and contributing to process improvements through digital tools. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in face-to-face stakeholder engagements and process discovery at global manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. - Support senior analysts and project managers in requirement gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Participate in feasibility studies and estimation efforts for new digital initiatives. - Identify opportunities to simplify or improve business processes using digital solutions. - Work closely with development and process teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Conduct on-site workshops and discovery sessions with global manufacturing teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Business Analysis certification (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required. - Internship or up to 2 years of experience in a business analysis or IT support role preferred. - Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile methodologies is required. - Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments or industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering is a strong advantage.
