Job Description

As a Digital Solutions Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the application development team by bridging business needs with IT capabilities. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, supporting project execution, and contributing to process improvements through digital tools. You may need to travel occasionally to global manufacturing sites for face-to-face stakeholder engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. - Support senior analysts and project managers in requirement gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Participate in feasibility studies and estimation efforts for new digital initiatives. - Identify opportunities to simplify or improve business processes using digital solutions. - Work closely with development and process teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Participate in on-site workshops and discovery sessions with global manufacturing teams. - Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives by assisting in creating quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Business Analysis certification (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required. - 2 years of experience in a business analysis or IT support role preferred. - Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile methodologies is required. - Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments or industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering is advantageous. Additional Details: This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with global manufacturing teams. The role involves a hybrid work setup with occasional international travel required.
