Digital Service Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As a Virtual Relationship Manager at Equirus Wealth Private Limited, you will be responsible for onboarding and completing digital KYC requirements for all customer segments. You will manage and resolve all customer queries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will contact existing or potential customers to inform them about investment products or services using scripts and answer any related queries. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, closing sales, directing HNI prospects to the field sales team if necessary, updating customer information in the database, processing transaction orders accurately, and handling grievances to maintain the company's reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and complete digital KYC requirements for all customer segments - Manage and resolve all customer queries promptly - Contact customers to inform them about investment products/services and answer related queries - Understand customer requirements, close sales, and direct HNI prospects to field sales team if needed - Update customer information in the database and process transaction orders accurately - Handle grievances effectively to uphold the company's reputation - Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information Qualifications Required: - Graduate - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Tele Sales & Service Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or related Financial Services - Good knowledge of KYC process for Mutual Funds - Proven track record of meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone - Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., Excel, CRM software) and telephone systems - Ability to learn about investment products/services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects - Excellent knowledge of English and the regional language of the state - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Company Details: Equirus Wealth Private Limited is a leading mid-market investment bank with expertise in M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.
