Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales interactions through calls and digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product/service solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi & English

• Positive thought process with strong persuasion and sales ability.
• Prior experience in

  outbound sales

  preferred.
• Knowledge of

  insurance or financial products

  is an added advantage.

• Graduation is mandatory

Work Schedule:

• Work Days

  : 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (not fixed on weekends).
